Welcome to The Office Brew Crew. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

The Office Brew Crew is a UK-based provider of commercial coffee machines, ingredients, and related services for office environments. We offer products for purchase or lease, free machine trials (for eligible offices), and a customer service guarantee.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old;

  • Authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of a business or organisation (if applicable);

  • Located in the United Kingdom.

3. Products & Services

a. Coffee Machines

You may purchase or lease coffee machines from our site. All machines include a standard 3-year warranty (or for the duration of the lease) unless stated otherwise.

b. Ingredients

We supply premium coffee beans, MooGold freeze-dried milk, and Cocoa Luxe hot chocolate, all designed for use with our machines.

c. Free Trials

Free trials are available to qualifying UK-based offices with 10 or more employees. Machines will be installed and collected free of charge if not retained. Terms and eligibility may vary.

d. Leasing

Leasing is subject to credit approval and completion of necessary documentation. Full lease terms will be provided at the time of agreement.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (Β£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards and bank transfer.

  • Lease payments are handled through third-party financial partners.

  • Orders for ingredients placed before midday are shipped same-day via tracked delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. We will notify you of any delays.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Coffee Machines: Custom installations and leased machines are non-returnable. Defective units are covered under warranty.

  • Ingredients: Perishable goods (e.g. coffee, milk, chocolate) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

7. Warranty & Service

Our machines come with a 3-year warranty (or full lease duration). This includes:

  • Parts and labour

  • On-site repairs

  • Same-day replacements if repair is not possible within 4 hours

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Improper use

  • Lime-scale damage due to poor water quality or missing filtration

8. Intellectual Property
