At The Office Brew Crew, we aim to deliver every order with speed, care, and clarity. Please review the following shipping terms to understand how we handle the delivery of our products.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

2. Processing Times

  • Ingredients (coffee, milk, hot chocolate):
    Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are processed the same day and dispatched for next working day delivery.

  • Coffee Machines:
    Machine deliveries (purchases or trials) are typically scheduled within 2–5 working days following confirmation. You will be contacted to arrange installation and training.

3. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via DPD Tracked Delivery or equivalent reputable courier services.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Fees

  • Ingredients: Standard delivery is free on orders over Β£50. For orders under Β£50, a small delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Coffee Machines: Shipping and installation are typically included in the purchase or lease plan. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of order.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Ingredients: Usually delivered within 1–2 working days.

  • Coffee Machines: Installed within 2–5 working days, depending on location and setup requirements.

6. Missed Deliveries & Delays

If you miss a delivery, our courier will leave a card or send a notification with rescheduling options.
While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather or courier issues. We'll always keep you informed.

7. Order Issues & Support

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

8. Free Trial Deliveries

For offices approved for a free trial, machine delivery, installation, and collection (if needed) are completely free of charge.
