Shipping Policy

Office Brew Crew delivers coffee machines and supplies to offices across the UK. Please read the following so you know what to expect.

1. Where we deliver
UK mainland only.

2. Supplies: coffee, milk, hot chocolate and machine-care products
Delivery is free when you order four or more eligible boxes in one order. Mix and match any coffee beans, milk, hot chocolate or machine-care products; each case (for example 12 × 500 g bags) or each machine-care tub counts as one box. Orders of one to three boxes carry a delivery charge of £11.99 + VAT, shown before you confirm the order.

3. Delivery times for supplies
Supplies are sent by DPD tracked courier. Most orders arrive the next working day, but please allow a few working days, particularly around bank holidays. You'll receive a tracking number and link by email once your order is on its way. If you're running low, order early rather than waiting until the last bag.

4. Coffee machines
Machines are not posted. The crew delivers, installs, sets up the drinks and trains your team, usually within 2 to 5 working days of confirming your order. We'll call to agree a date and time that suits your office. Delivery and installation are included in every lease and purchase; if anything unusual applies to your site, we'll tell you before you commit.

5. Free trials
For a free 7-day trial, delivery, installation, the beans and collection at the end (if you decide it's not for you) are all free of charge.

6. Missed deliveries and delays
If a supplies delivery is missed, DPD will leave a card or send a message with options to rearrange. Weather and courier problems occasionally cause delays; if your order is affected, we'll let you know.

7. Problems with an order
If an order is late, damaged, or something is missing, tell us straight away and we'll replace it: no forms, no fuss and no questions asked.
